Предмета на настоящата обществена поръчка: Изграждане на обект: „Велосипедна алея с начална точка от моста край басейна до моста преди гробищен парк в гр.Свиленград, по програма Интеррег VI-a България-Турция 2021-2027, проект BGTR0200074". Пълно описание на предвидените дейности са представени в Техническата спецификация и инвестиционния проект. Условията, при които ще се реализира предметът на поръчката, както правата и задълженията на Възложителя и на Изпълнителя, са съгласно: Проекта на договор; Техническата спецификация; Проектната документация; Техническото и Ценовото предложение на Изпълнителя.
