Description

1. Предметът на настоящата общедтвена поръчка е избор на оператор за издаване и ежемесечно зареждане на ваучери за храна на електронен носител по чл. 209, ал. 1, от Закона за корпоративното облагане (ЗКПО) и Наредба №7 от 09.07.2003 г. за условията и реда за издаване и отнемане на резрешение за извършване на дейност като оператор на ваучери за храна и осъществяване на дейност като оператор (Наредба №7), издадена от министъра на труда и социалната политика и министър на финансите, за служителите, работещи във "Водоснабдяване и Канализация" ООД гр. Исперих и лицата по договор за управление. 2.  Общият рой на персонала на "Водоснабдяване и Канализация" ООД гр. Исперих, имащи право на ваучер за храна по Наредба №7 е 56 към момента на откриване на поръчката, като стойността на ваучер за храна за един работник и/или служител и лице по договор за управление възлиза на 100,00 евро месечно. Броят на персонала не е константна. 3. Фактическото изпълнение на обществената поръчка се определя на базата численост тна заетите лица във "Водоснабдяване и Канализация" ООД гр. Исперих.
