Предмет на настоящата обществена поръчка е избор на мобилен оператор, който да предоставя електронни съобщителни услуги чрез мобилна наземна мрежа за нуждите на Община Карнобат и Общинско предприятие ,,БКРД“, гр. Карнобат на територията на Република България и извън нея, както и допълнителни услуги, в съответствие с техническата спецификация на Възложителя.Обем на поръчката: 190 броя абонаментни SIM-карти, като посоченият брой е прогнозен за включване към своята мобилна клетъчна мрежа, по стандарт GSM/UMTS, след заявка за 2 броя тарифни планове.ОПЦИЯ за допълнителни услуги: 50 (петдесет) броя SIM-карти, реализиране на необходимост от увеличаване или намаляване на броя на SIM-картите в срока на изпълнение на договора на настоящата обществена поръчка.Поради невъзможност на Възложителя да определи точни брой на SIM-картите и евентуалният брой на допълнителни такива, посоченият брой е само ориентировъчен и за срока на договора ще се определя от конкретните нужди на Възложителя.
