IWB wird in den kommenden Jahren im Rahmen des Produkte-Lifecycle der Client-Server Infrastruktur verschiedene Komponenten im rollenden Verfahren ersetzen/austauschen und notwendige Erweiterungen/Ausbauten vornehmen. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind Server und Virtualisierungs-Infrastruktur-Komponenten. Die Ausschreibung wird in zwei Lose aufgeteilt: Los 1:  Server-Systeme (kompatibel zur bestehenden HP-Infrastruktur) inklusive Wartung Los 2:  Lizenzen Virtualisierungs-Software (VMware und Omnissa Horizon) Los 1: Die gelieferten Systeme müssen zwingend kompatibel zur bestehenden HP-Server-Infrastruktur und zur bestehenden VMware-Infrastruktur sein. Das Ziel dieser Ausschreibung bei Los 1 ist, einen Rahmenvertrag mit drei Anbietern für den Zeitraum von drei Jahren, abzuschliessen. Die angegebenen Preise für Los 1 haben eine Gültigkeit bis mindestens 31.03.2027. Im konkreten Bedarfsfall werden die Zuschlagsempfänger aufgefordert im Rahmen eines Mini-Tenders ihr jeweiliges Angebot abzugeben. Es erhält jeweils der Vertragspartner, welcher den höchsten Rabatt auf die Preisliste des Herstellers gewährt, von IWB den entsprechenden Einzelauftrag. Los 2: Das Ziel dieser Ausschreibung bei Los 2 ist ein Dienstleistungs-Rahmenvertrag mit einem Anbieter für den Zeitraum von drei Jahren für die Beschaffung der Virtualisierungslizenzen abzuschliessen.
