L’appalto ha per oggetto il servizio di trasporto e trattamento finalizzato al recupero delle scorie (Cod. E.E.R. 19.01.12) prodotte dall’impianto di termovalorizzazione, sito in (20832) Desio (MB), Via Gaetana Agnesi, n. 272, di proprietà della Stazione appaltante, Brianza Energia Ambiente S.p.A. e gestito dalla Società BEA Gestioni S.p.A., controllata ai sensi dell’art. 2359 c.c. dalla predetta Brianza Energia Ambiente S.p.A. - che gestisce, sulla base di contratto di affitto di ramo d’azienda, il predetto impianto. L’appalto ha per oggetto il servizio di trasporto e trattamento finalizzato al recupero delle scorie (Cod. E.E.R. 19.01.12) prodotte dall’impianto di termovalorizzazione, sito in (20832) Desio (MB), Via Gaetana Agnesi, n. 272, di proprietà della Stazione appaltante, Brianza Energia Ambiente S.p.A. e gestito dalla Società BEA Gestioni S.p.A., controllata ai sensi dell’art. 2359 c.c. dalla predetta Brianza Energia Ambiente S.p.A. - che gestisce, sulla base di contratto di affitto di ramo d’azienda, il predetto impianto - in ottemperanza alle disposizioni di Legge vigenti nonché secondo le condizioni stabilite dal Capitolato Speciale di Appalto sub Allegato III al Disciplinare di gara.
