Il Politecnico di Milano intende procedere con un affidamento diretto ai sensi dell’art. 50 co. 1 lett. b) per la fornitura di “Reticolo di diffrazione per radiazione XUV in riflessione”. Il Politecnico di Milano ha individuato la società Helmholtz-Zentrum Berlin für Materialien und Energie GmbH (P.IVA DE136782754) con sede legale a AG Charlottenburg, 89 HRB 5583, Berlin, Germany come unico operatore economico in grado di eseguire l’appalto di fornitura poiché la concorrenza è assente per motivi tecnici. L’importo massimo stimato dell’affidamento è pari a € 95.000,00+ IVA, comprensivo di tutti gli oneri concernenti la fornitura come meglio stimato al par. 3 dell'avviso. Obiettivo del presente avviso, pertanto, è quello di verificare l’assenza sul mercato di altri operatori economici in grado di eseguire l’appalto richiesto con la massima trasparenza e concorrenza possibile.
