Il Dipartimento di Ingegneria Industriale - DII dell’Università degli Studi di Padova (UNIPD) ha la necessità di acquisire uno spettrometro a fluorescenza a raggi X a lunghezza d'onda dispersiva (WD-XRF), con lo scopo di poter effettuare analisi elementari qualitative e quantitative ad alta risoluzione su matrici solide e liquide, con particolare riferimento a materiali inorganici, polveri, pellet, campioni fusi e liquidi, garantendo elevata sensibilità, ripetibilità e accuratezza anche per elementi in traccia da ossigeno ad uranio
