La procedura, come meglio descritta negli elaborati progettuali, riguarda l’appalto per l'intervento di riqualificazione ed adeguamento normativo dell’edificio scolastico posto in Firenze in Via Pergolesi 14/a, comprendente la progettazione di fattibilità tecnico-economica e le prestazioni inerenti il coordinamento per la sicurezza in fase di progettazione compresa la predisposizione degli elaborati del Piano di Sicurezza per il livello di progettazione espletato, il tutto da predisporre e consegnare unitamente e congiuntamente al PFTE, a basso impatto ambientale in conformità ai criteri ambientali minimi, di cui all’allegato 2 al decreto del ministero dell'ambiente e della tutela del territorio e del mare 11 gennaio 2017 come modificato dal decreto 11 ottobre 2017. la Stazione Appaltante si riserva, durante lo svolgimento del servizio di progettazione, di affidare al soggetto incaricato la fase di progettazione esecutiva comprensiva di Piano di Sicurezza e Coordinamento e/o adottare la metodologia BIM per lo svolgimento dello stesso.
