Procedura Aperta per l’affidamento in appalto multilotto del “Servizio Sociale professionale” (art. 86 del Regolamento Regionale n°4/2007) e del “Servizio di Segretariato Sociale” e “Porta Unica di Accesso (PUA)” (artt. 83 e 3 del Regolamento Regionale n°4/2007). Il Servizio Sociale professionale è un servizio aperto ai bisogni di tutta la comunità, finalizzato ad assicurare prestazioni necessarie a prevenire, ridurre e/o rimuovere situazioni problematiche o di bisogno sociale dei cittadini. L'attenzione prioritaria è indirizzata ai soggetti più deboli ed emarginati, con interventi di prevenzione del disagio, potenziamento e attivazione delle risorse individuali familiari e comunitarie, di valorizzazione dell'individuo.; Il servizio di Segretariato Sociale e Porta Unica di Accesso (PUA) nell’Ambito Territoriale Sociale di Casarano operano quale punto unico di informazione, accoglienza, ascolto, orientamento e accompagnamento dei cittadini dell’Ambito, garantendo prossimità, gratuità e pari opportunità di accesso, nonché la semplificazione delle procedure e il superamento della frammentazione degli interventi. Il servizio è erogato anche mediante sportelli fisici e/o punti di accesso territoriali, organizzati secondo criteri di prossimità e capillarità, quali presidi operativi per l’accoglienza diretta dell’utenza, la gestione della domanda e l’attivazione dei percorsi di accesso ai servizi.
