L’appalto ha per oggetto l’affidamento del servizio di gestione della struttura per anziani denominata “Centro socio assistenziale San Michele”, che costituisce la parte preponderante del contratto, oltre ai seguenti servizi integrativi: - fornitura del servizio infermieristico alla popolazione residente; - fornitura di bagni protetti agli anziani richiedenti; - fornitura di pasti da erogare a domicilio agli anziani richiedenti; - fornitura di pasti da erogare agli utenti della mensa scolastica comunale; - assistenza agli alunni trasportati sullo scuolabus comunale; - assistenza agli alunni frequentanti la mensa scolastica comunale; - pulizia locali indicati dal Comune, ambulatorio infermieristico; - servizi aggiuntivi a richiesta e discrezione del Comune. Il Centro socio assistenziale “San Michele” è una struttura di proprietà comunale, sita a Entracque in via Ospedale n. 72, nel centro del paese, ubicata in un edificio storico, un tempo utilizzato come Ospedale di carità e Ospizio. La sede è stata oggetto di ristrutturazione edilizia, di riqualificazione e di efficientamento energetico negli anni 2024-2026. La struttura, che permette un’ospitalità permanente, risulta in possesso delle autorizzazioni necessarie al funzionamento finalizzato alla “Progettazione ed erogazione di servizi socio-sanitari ed assistenziali rivolti ad anziani autosufficienti e non autosufficienti in regime di residenzialità”. Le caratteristiche della struttura e della gestione sono specificate nel progetto per l'affidamento della gestione globale del centro socio assistenziale "San Michele" approvato con deliberazione di Giunta del Comune di Entracque n. 52 del 24/06/2026; con deliberazione di Giunta del Comune di Entracque n. 64 del 26/08/2026 è stata invece approvata la versione aggiornata del quadro economico.
