Richiesta prot. 45157 del 14.07.2025 di variazione concessione demaniale marittima turistica ex 169/99 giusto atto di proroga n. 07/2015 per la durata di 20 anni, ai fini della Legge Regionale 4 novembre 2002, n° 33 “Testo unico delle leggi regionali in materia di turismo” situata nel Comune di Chioggia - località Sottomarina - ambito 25 del PP Arenile, per l’occupazione di un’area demaniale marittima turistica di mq 272,85 di cui mq 81,98 superf. coperta e mq 190,87 di superf. Scoperta ad uso cat. c) servizi di ristorazione con o senza ricettività punti 2-3 allegato S/4 Legge Regionale 33/02 Richiesta prot. 52841 del 18.08.2025 di variazione concessione demaniale marittima turistica atto pluriennale n. rep 152770/14 per la durata di 20 anni, ai sensi della Legge Regionale 4 novembre 2002, n° 33 “Testo unico delle leggi regionali in materia di turismo” situata nel Comune di Chioggia - località Sottomarina - ambito 34 del PP Arenile, per l’occupazione di un’area demaniale marittima turistica di mq 11.197,00 ad uso cat. b) stabilimento balneare con strutture fisse allegato S/4 Legge Regionale 33/02. Possono presentare domanda di concessione i soggetti in possesso dei requisiti soggettivi necessari per rendersi titolari di rapporti contrattuali o di concessione con la pubblica amministrazione previsti dalla legge. La domanda deve essere corredata di tutta la documentazione prevista dall’allegato S2 “Concessioni di durata superiore a sei anni e non superiore a venti anni: domanda per rilascio di nuova concessione o di variazione al contenuto della concessione senza ampliamento” della Legge Regionale del Veneto n. 33/2002.
