Description

L’Impianto di Trattamento delle Acque Reflue (WWTP) di Zahle e la relativa stazione di sollevamento sono situati nel Governatorato della Bekaa, in Libano. Il WWTP è composto da due linee di trattamento, ciascuna con una capacità di 18.500 m³/giorno. Il WWTP è un impianto di trattamento terziario entrato in funzione nell’ottobre 2017 ed è in esercizio continuo da tale data. La stazione di sollevamento convoglia le acque reflue di Zahle verso l’impianto di trattamento ed è composta da due pompe. Il suo consumo di potenza è pari a 15 kW, con una portata di 17.000 m³/giorno e un battente di 10 m. La struttura è dotata di due generatori in sito per garantire la fornitura di energia elettrica in caso di interruzioni o blackout della rete pubblica. Il Contratto riguarda la fornitura di servizi di supervisione ingegneristica. Il Fornitore di Servizi dovrà: (1) supervisionare l’esercizio e la manutenzione dell’Impianto di Trattamento delle Acque Reflue di Zahle e della relativa stazione di sollevamento; (2) fornire esperti chiave che lavorino congiuntamente con il team di BWE al fine di garantire un’adeguata gestione operativa e manutentiva dell’impianto e della relativa stazione di sollevamento; (3) valutare le esigenze ed eseguire interventi di manutenzione preventiva e correttiva secondo il manuale di esercizio e manutenzione (O&M), in collaborazione con il team di BWE; (4) sviluppare sistemi di valutazione delle prestazioni e redigere relazioni tecniche; (5) svolgere attività di formazione “on the job” a favore del personale di BWE al fine di rafforzarne le capacità; (6) coordinarsi con l’Esperto AICS e con il team di BWE per la consegna periodica di materiali e pezzi di ricambio e per la corretta esecuzione dei servizi. Durata: 30 mesi
