Rome Capital (Italy) is procuring a framework agreement with a single operator under Article 59(3) of the Italian public procurement code for the transport of electoral material during electoral consultations in the territory of Rome Capital. The service requires 186 trucks with drivers over a duration of 48 months, in compliance with the minimum environmental criteria of the Ministerial Decree of 17 June 2021.
