Roma Capitale intends to award a concession through project finance, under Article 193 of Legislative Decree No. 36/2023, covering the detailed design, the works and the management services for sports facilities owned by Roma Capitale. The facilities are located in Via Bruno Pontecorvo in Municipio IX, parcels SIS 9-20 and 9-21. The selected concessionaire will carry out the final design, complete the building works and then operate and manage the sports facilities. The contract covers the whole cycle from design through construction to ongoing management of the facilities for the city of Rome.
