Procedura aperta per conto del Comune di Bagni di Lucca per l’affidamento in concessione, mediante proposta di finanza di progetto, della gestione dello Stabilimento Termale ‘Jean Varraud’, sito in Bagni di Lucca, previa progettazione ed esecuzione di interventi di salvaguardia, recupero e valorizzazione CUP I91B26000100007 L’oggetto principale della concessione consiste nella gestione del complesso immobiliare termale di Casa Boccella e Jean Varraud, posto in Bagni di Lucca, frazione Bagni Caldi, Piazza S. Martino, compresa l’area adiacente detta “Docce Basse” (d'ora in poi anche Complesso immobiliare termale). Per esigenze di gestione è inoltre necessario effettuare lavori strumentali e propedeutici i quali assumono carattere accessorio. L’oggetto principale della concessione riguarda la gestione del bene e dei seguenti servizi termali, meglio descritti nello schema di contratto e negli altri documenti posti a base della gara facenti parte della Proposta. La proposta di concessione comprende, oltre ai servizi di gestione, la progettazione esecutiva e la realizzazione di lavori di riqualificazione secondo quanto previsto nel progetto predisposto dal promotore. Per il dettaglio degli interventi e dei servizi si rimanda alla documentazione tecnica ed in particolare al progetto con i relativi allegati.
