Italy - Municipal solid waste disposal services - Open procedure for a framework agreement for the collection, transport and recovery of organic waste

AMA S.p.A. in Italy is procuring, through an open procedure, a framework agreement with one or more economic operators for the collection, transport and recovery of organic waste (EER codes 20 01 08 and 20 03 02). The waste comes from separate waste collection services carried out by AMA S.p.A. in its territory, as well as surplus quantities related to the authorised capacity of AMA's plants. The framework agreement will run for 24 months. The procedure is governed by Articles 71 and 59(4)(a) of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023.
