Description

Procedura aperta, sopra soglia, per la conclusione di un Accordo Quadro ex art 59 del Dlgs 36/2023 della durata di 24 mesi con opzione di proroga per ulteriori 12 mesi, suddiviso in 51 lotti, per l’esecuzione del servizio di sgombero neve e trattamento antighiaccio lungo le strade della Provincia di Ascoli Piceno, da stipulare con un solo operatore economico per ciascun lotto, con applicazione del criterio del prezzo più basso, ai sensi di quanto previsto dall’art. 108 c. 3 del citato D.Lgs. n. 36/2023 ed inversione procedimentale ai sensi dell’art. 107, comma 3 del medesimo D.Lgs. 36/2023, inferiore a quello posto a base di gara, determinato mediante ribasso sull’importo posto a base di gara, con esclusione automatica delle offerte anormalmente basse ai sensi di quanto previsto dall’art. 54 c. 1 del citato D.Lgs. n. 36/2023.
