SERVIZIO INTEGRATO DI IGIENE URBANA DEL COMUNE DI PROCIDA 2024-2028 Il Comune di PROCIDA intende assumere in diritto di privativa, ai sensi e per gli effetti dell’art. 198 del D.Lgs. 3.4.2006 n.152 e ss.mm.ii., la gestione dei rifiuti urbani e dei rifiuti assimilati avviati allo smaltimento come definiti dagli artt. 183 e 184 del medesimo D.Lgs. 152/06, delegando l’esecuzione dei relativi servizi di igiene urbana alla ditta aggiudicatrice individuata mediante procedura aperta ai sensi dell’Art. 71 del D.lgs. 36/2023, con aggiudicazione secondo il criterio dell’offerta economicamente più vantaggiosa sulla base del miglior rapporto qualità/prezzo Art. 108 comma 2 D.lgs. 36/2023.
