procedura aperta ai sensi dell’art. 71 del D.Lgs. 36/2023, gestita integralmente con modalità telematica, per l’affidamento del servizio di pulizia giornaliera e periodica, compresa la disinfezione dei locali adibiti ad uffici, officine, laboratori, magazzini e delle aree esterne delle sedi SMAT compresi il presidio giornaliero, la fornitura di materiale igienico di consumo, il servizio di facchinaggio, la movimentazione materiali, la manutenzione e il mantenimento del decoro dei locali e gli ulteriori servizi aggiuntivi indicati negli atti di gara, suddivisa in due distinti lotti. Importo a base di gara è pari ad Euro 3.307.600,00 al netto di IVA ed opzioni, di cui Euro 34.880,00 per costi della sicurezza non soggetti a ribasso. servizio di pulizia nelle sedi SMAT della Città di Torino e servizio di facchinaggio.
