Il servizio oggetto di gara riguarda l'attività di pulizia e sanificazione delle strutture EDiSU, dai Collegi agli Uffici. Il servizio è costituito da un unico lotto in quanto trattasi di servizio caratterizzato da omogeneità e uniformità delle prestazioni poiché, anche se svolto in sedi dislocate presso la città di Pavia ed una presso la città di Cremona, deve essere eseguito sulla scorta di un consolidato modello organizzativo che si articola in una serie di attività e prestazioni, tra di loro necessariamente connesse e consequenziali, nel rispettivo espletamento come confermano anche le definizioni rinvenibili sia nel sistema di classificazione unico degli appalti pubblici (codice CPV), che nel sistema di classificazione delle attività economiche (codice ATECO), connotandosi pertanto come prestazione necessariamente unitaria sotto i diversi profili che la costituiscono così da non rendere praticabile una qualsiasi suddivisione.
