Con Decisione di contrarre prot. n. 2015 del 01/07/2026 della Fondazione Teatro alla Scala di Milano è stata indetta, ai sensi del combinato disposto di cui all’art. 17 del D.lgs. n. 36/2023 e all’art. 192 del D.lgs. n. 267/2000, una procedura telematica aperta ai sensi dell’art. 71 del D.lgs. n. 36/2023 per l’affidamento dei servizi di pulizia e di igiene ambientale, di fornitura e gestione dei materiali consumabili nei servizi igienico-sanitari, di minuta manutenzione edile e altre varie per tutte le sedi della Fondazione Teatro alla Scala di Milano, in attuazione di quanto previsto dai Criteri Ambientali Minimi (CAM) adottati con il Decreto n. 51 del 29 gennaio 2021 del Ministero dell'Ambiente e della Sicurezza Energetica (MASE), pubblicato sulla GURI n. 42 del 19 febbraio 2021, come modificato dal Decreto Correttivo del 24 settembre 2021 del medesimo Ministero, pubblicato sulla GURI n. 236 del 2 ottobre 2021.
