SERVIZI DI PULIZIA, SANIFICAZIONE E SORVEGLIANZA NEGLI ASILI NIDO COMUNALI E NEL CENTRO DELL'INFANZIA E DI SUPPORTO AL PERSONALE EDUCATIVO conformi alle specifiche tecniche e alle clausole contrattuali contenute nei criteri ambientali minimi di cui al D.M. del 29.01.2021. L’importo posto a base di gara ( pari ad € 906.667,78 di cui € 3.000 quali oneri per la sicurezza da interferenze non soggetti a ribasso) comprende i costi della manodopera che la stazione appaltante ha stimato in € 789.298,44 (euro settecentottantanovemiladuecentonovantotto/44). L’appalto è a misura e sarà contabilizzato in funzione delle ore effettivamente eseguite dall’operatore economico che non potranno essere superiori a quelle stimate. Il presente appalto avrà la durata di circa otto mesi a decorrere presumibilmente dal 27.10.2025 e comunque dalla data di sottoscrizione del contratto o dall’avvio del servizio e comunque con scadenza al 30/06/2026
