aperta L'appalto ha per oggetto il servizio di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria delle aree verdi del Comune di Forio, intendendo per manutenzione tutte le attività necessarie per mantenere in efficienza tali aree sia sotto il profilo tecnico agronomico, che sotto il profilo della funzionalità, della fruizione e della piacevolezza estetica. Per aree verdi si intendono, parchi, giardini, aiuole, alberate coltivate, alberate spontanee, viali, fioriere, rotonde e verde di pertinenza stradale, verde di pertinenza di parcheggi, verde di pertinenza di edifici pubblici e gli altri ambiti definiti dagli allegati progettuali (vedi computo metrico estimativo). Il servizio si estende su tutte le aree verdi del territorio del Comune di Forio (NA) di proprietà del Comune stesso e comunque in suo potere di gestione, comunque identificate negli allegati di progetto. L’appalto consiste in un servizio di programmazione e gestione dei servizi di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria delle aree identificate dal progetto, di proprietà del Comune di Forio.
