Description

L’appalto ha per oggetto l’affidamento del servizio di manutenzione del verde (taglio tappeti erbosi, potature arbusti e siepi, concimazione, diserbi, fornitura e posa in opera di fioriture annuali, irrigazione con autobotte, gestione irrigazione automatizzata, interventi di manutenzione a richiesta da conteggiarsi a misura) su tutto il territorio comunale, da svolgersi nei luoghi, nei tempi e secondo le modalità indicate nel capitolato speciale d’appalto e nei restanti elaborati di progetto. E’ costituito da un unico lotto poiché la stazione appaltante valuta positivamente l’ipotesi di poter coordinare il servizio con un soggetto unico per tipologia di lavorazione, piuttosto che avere diversi interlocutori con riferimento alla medesima lavorazione. L’importo complessivo del servizio a base d’asta (soggetto a ribasso) ammonta ad € 271.253,28 oltre a € 6.133,40 per oneri di sicurezza (non soggetti a ribasso), per un totale complessivo di € 277.386,68.
