Description

Il Politecnico di Milano intende procedere con un affidamento diretto ai sensi dell’art. 50 co. 1 lett. b) D.lgs. 36/2023 per la fornitura di “UN SERVIZIO DI DESIGN PER LA REALIZZAZIONE DI UNO SPETTROMETRO DI RAGGI X SOFFICI AD ALTA EFFICIENZA BASATO SULLA TECNOLOGIA DELLE LAMINE A ZONE DI FRESNEL A RIFLESSIONE”. Il Politecnico di Milano ha individuato la società Institut für angewandte Photonik e.V. (P.IVA DE219481619) con sede legale a Rudower Chaussee 29/31 12489 Berlin, Germany, come unico operatore economico in grado di eseguire l’appalto di fornitura poiché la concorrenza è assente per motivi tecnici. L’importo massimo stimato dell’affidamento è pari a € 101.000,00 non imponibile IVA art. 72, comma 1, lett. c D.P.R. 633/1972, comprensivo di tutti gli oneri concernenti la fornitura come meglio stimato all'art. 3 dell'avviso pubblicato sul sito del Politecnico. Obiettivo del presente avviso, pertanto, è quello di verificare l’assenza sul mercato di altri operatori economici in grado di eseguire l’appalto richiesto con la massima trasparenza e concorrenza possibile.
