Description

La concessione del servizio “Asili nido” consiste nel diritto alla gestione funzionale ed economica dello stesso, con la riscossione delle rette di frequenza da parte del gestore. Ai sensi dell’articolo 179 del D. Lgs. 36/2023 il valore della concessione è costituito dal fatturato totale del concessionario, generato per tutta la durata del contratto, derivante dal pagamento delle rette quale corrispettivo dei servizi di gestione degli Asili nido. Ai sensi dell’articolo 179 c. 5 del D. Lgs. 36/2023 quando un’opera o un servizio proposti possono dar luogo all’aggiudicazione di una concessione per lotti distinti è computato il valore complessivo stimato dei lotti. L’importo annuale per ogni lotto è determinato partendo da una retta mensile per posto nido di € 768,57 ( € 807,00 con Iva al 5% ) moltiplicato per il numero di utenti (es. 50 per il Lotto 1 e 25 per il Lotto 2) e per il numero di mesi di fruibilità del servizio (11). Ogni struttura, per il servizio di istruzione prescolastica, può accogliere al massimo un numero di minori da 3 mesi a 36 mesi definito dalla rispettiva autorizzazione al funzionamento. Attualmente le strutture saranno autorizzate per poter accogliere: -n. 50 bambini Asilo nido Pastore , Paolo VI; -n. 25 bambini Asilo nido Monaco , Talsano.
