Il servizio dovrà comprendere attività educative, ausiliarie, di cucina e di coordinamento e dovrà essere svolto nel rispetto della D.G.R. Regione Lombardia n. 20588 del 11/02/2005 e s.m.i., della D.G.R. Regione Lombardia n. 471 del 13/09/2013, della D.G.R. n. XI/2929 del 14/12/2020, della D.G.R. n. XI/6443 del 31/05/2022, di tutta la normativa nazionale e regionale vigente, delle norme sanitarie A.T.S. e del vigente Regolamento Comunale per l'asilo nido.
