The City of Naples is procuring the rental, installation, dismantling and technical assistance of Christmas lights across the city for the two-year period 2026-2027. The procurement is divided into 5 lots: Municipalities 1 and 2; Municipalities 3 and 4; Municipalities 5, 9 and 10; Municipalities 6, 7 and 8; and the Waterfront Villa Comunale area (Mergellina, Viale Caracciolo, Castel dell'Ovo). It is an open procedure run under Article 59(3) of Legislative Decree 36/2023, concluding a framework agreement with a single economic operator per lot.
