Procedura aperta mediante Accordo Quadro con più operatori economici, avente ad oggetto i servizi di ingegneria e architettura per PFTE e PE per la verifica e Direzione lavori fino al collaudo, per interventi ricadenti nelle attività da svolgersi nei Paesi di interesse della Repubblica Italiana nell’ambito del Piano Mattei, delle iniziative promosse da AICS e dell’Asia centrale e dell’Africa Procedura aperta ex artt.71 e 108, comma 2, lett. b), del D.lgs. n.36/2023, per la conclusione di un Accordo Quadro con più operatori economici ai sensi dell’art.59, comma 4, del Codice, avente ad oggetto l’affidamento dei servizi di ingegneria e architettura per la progettazione di fattibilità tecnico-economica (PFTE) ed esecutiva (PE) per la successiva verifica e Direzione lavori fino al collaudo, disciplinati dall’articolo 41 e dall’Allegato I.7 del predetto Codice, per interventi ricadenti nelle “attività da svolgersi nei Paesi di interesse della Repubblica Italiana nell’ambito del Piano Mattei, delle iniziative promosse dall’Agenzia Italiana per la Cooperazione allo Sviluppo (AICS) e dell’Asia centrale e dell’Africa”.
