West Sicily Gate s.r.l., holder of Formal Deed no. 46/21 and the related Supplementary Deed no. 63/2022 for the management of, among others, the Cruise Terminal of the port of Palermo, has requested authorisation under Article 24(2), first sentence, of the Navigation Code. The applications ask to keep six prefabricated pagoda structures (720 sqm) on the already concessioned area, to be used as a luggage deposit at the Sammuzzo quay, to extend the uncovered area by a further 325 sqm for passenger use inside the terminal, and to build a new facility (935 sqm) for luggage deposit on the V. Veneto pier.
