Description

Procedura aperta per l’affidamento dei servizi di manutenzione evolutiva e correttiva del sistema di Task Management e fornitura licenze relative al software Atlassian Jira e relativi plugin Fondimpresa è dotata di un Sistema di Task management, principalmente per la gestione delle attività di backoffice relative all’istruttoria e al monitoraggio dei piani conto formazione. Tale sistema è basato su piattaforma Atlassian Jira, per l’assegnazione delle pratiche, la tracciatura dello stato di avanzamento delle stesse, la gestione dei carichi di lavoro e delle check list. Tale piattaforma, già in uso, è inoltre personalizzata sulla base delle esigenze del Fondo ed è integrata con il sistema di esercizio FPF tramite procedure ETL (non gestite nell’ambito del presente affidamento) e API/REST. In relazione a tale piattaforma, il presente affidamento richiede all’aggiudicatario di svolgere, per un periodo di 36 mesi, i seguenti servizi:- Presa in carico dell’applicazione- Sviluppo software, manutenzione evolutiva e assistenza tecnica specialistica- Manutenzione Correttiva- Fornitura licenze d’uso e plug-in necessari all’estensione delle funzionalitàL’attuale configurazione dell’ambiente di esercizio (cloud PAAS) che ospita l’applicazione si compone di:Server Descrizione Tecnologia S.O. Core RAM (GB) Storage JIRA Jira data center single node VMware Windows Server 8 32 Boot (50 GB) Dati (400 GB) MySQL DB Database JIRA VMware Windows Server 8 32 Boot (50 GB) Dati (400 GB)Mentre le licenze d’uso e plugin attualmente in uso sono:o Jira Software (Data Center): 500 User o ScriptRunner for Jira Data Center (Data Center): 500 Users o Column Order Gadget Plugin (Data Center): 500 UsersPer lo svolgimento dell’attività oggetto dell’affidamento deve essere garantito la conformità al regolamento GPDR, e il pieno rispetto dei requisiti espressi dal capitolato. Sono considerati elementi di positiva valutazione tecnica il possesso della certificazione ISO 9001 e/o ISO 27001.Si rinvia al Capitolato tecnico allegato per il dettaglio dell’oggetto di gara.
