Procedura Aperta per l'affidamento del servizio di revisione legale dei conti AMA S.p.A., ai sensi dell'art. 14 e 14-bis del D.Lgs. n. 39 del 27.01.2010, inclusa la sottoscrizione per attestazione delle dichiarazioni fiscali e dei modelli di rimborso IVA, la revisione contabile della relazione semestrale civilistica e consolidata di AMA S.p.A., del Bilancio di Esercizio e Consolidato di AMA S.p.A. e del Bilancio di sostenibilità di AMA S.p.A. (esercizi 2025-2026-2027), il rilascio della relazione sulla conformità del sistema di contabilità analitica atto a rilevare le poste patrimoniali in maniera separata, nonché il rilascio dell'Attestazione annuale di idoneità finanziaria di AMA S.p.A. sulla scorta dei dati patrimoniali riferiti all'ultimo Bilancio approvato e depositato presso il Registro delle Imprese.
