Procedura aperta con inversione documentale per conto del comune di Seravezza per l’appalto del servizio di sostegno socio-educativo e di assistenza domiciliare o territoriale per minori ed adulti in carico al servizio sociale Il presente appalto ha per oggetto l’affidamento dei seguenti servizi: 1. Sostegno socio-educativo per minori: interventi a sostegno dei bambini e degli adolescenti in difficoltà, sia in ambito socio-familiare-relazionale che affettivo-emozionale-comportamentale. 2. Sostegno socio-educativo domiciliare o territoriale per adulti: interventi di sostegno destinati a soggetti a rischio di emarginazione e alle relative famiglie, erogati a domicilio, in strutture o in luoghi di aggregazione spontanea, per il raggiungimento della massima autonomia personale e sociale. 3. Servizi di assistenza domiciliare per adulti e minori: servizi rivolti a persone con ridotta autonomia, o a rischio di emarginazione, che richiedono interventi, di aiuto nella gestione della propria abitazione, di sostegno, di assistenza sociale a domicilio.
