Costituisce oggetto del presente appalto l’affidamento in gestione ad un operatore economico qualificato dei servizi afferenti alla realizzazione delle attività previste dal progetto “DesTEENazione - Desideri in azione”, di cui all’Avviso pubblico adottato con Decreto del Direttore Generale della Direzione Generale per la lotta alla povertà e per la programmazione sociale del Ministero del Lavoro e delle Politiche Sociali prot. n. 69 del 21.03.2024. Il servizio è rivolto a ragazze e ragazzi di età compresa tra gli 11 e i 21 anni residenti o domiciliati nel territorio dell’Ambito Territoriale Sociale e si configura come un sistema integrato di interventi socio-educativi, orientato alla promozione dell’autonomia, della partecipazione attiva, dell’inclusione sociale e dello sviluppo delle competenze personali e relazionali. In particolare, il progetto prevede la realizzazione e gestione di uno spazio multifunzionale ad accesso libero e strutturato, caratterizzato da una forte valenza educativa, aggregativa e partecipativa all’interno del quale dovranno essere garantite attività a libera fruizione e attività strutturate di natura educativa, formativa, laboratoriale e orientativa, nonché azioni di accompagnamento e supporto ai percorsi di crescita personale, formativa e lavorativa dei destinatari.
