L’appalto ha per oggetto lo svolgimento dei seguenti servizi per i Comuni di Cassano Magnago, Albizzate, Cairate, Cavaria con Premezzo, Jerago con Orago, Oggiona con Santo Stefano, Solbiate Arno e Samarate, quest'ultimo solo per il servizio Tutela Minori, appartenenti al Distretto di Gallarate: “Servizio Tutela Minori” - prestazioni relative ad interventi di prevenzione e riparazione finalizzati a garantire il benessere dei minori e delle loro famiglie che si trovino in situazione di grave disagio e difficoltà e/o che siano oggetto di procedimenti dell’Autorità Giudiziaria minorile, sia civili che penali. Gli obiettivi del servizio sono: attuare progetti di protezione dei minori attraverso la tutela e il recupero del soggetto in età evolutiva in difficoltà; perseguire obiettivi di prevenzione al disagio conclamato nonché di sostegno e di riparazione per le situazioni più problematiche, attivando azioni e interventi in grado di restituire, laddove è possibile, le competenze educative alla famiglia, naturale contesto di crescita del minore; “Servizio Spazio Neutro” - prestazioni aventi lo scopo di garantire il diritto di ogni bambino a mantenere relazioni personali e contatti diretti con entrambi i genitori, salvo quando ciò è contrario al maggior interesse del minore, mediante la gestione di uno spazio terzo, rassicurante, accogliente e sicuro, per facilitare gli incontri del bambino con i genitori in situazione di grave disagio relazionale e/o secondo le disposizioni dell’A.G. competente in materia.
