An Italian contracting authority is procuring integrated home care services (SAD integrato), including proximity and community services, caregiver relief, and support and guidance services, for the years 2027, 2028 and 2029. The procurement is structured as an open procedure divided into five lots, each covering two municipal districts: districts I and II, III and V, IV and VI, VII and VIII, and IX and X. For each lot a three-year framework agreement will be concluded. The open procedure means eligible economic operators may submit tenders for one or more lots.
