PROCEDURA DI GARA A DOPPIO OGGETTO PER L'INDIVIDUAZIONE DEL PARTNER PRIVATO DI COSTITUENDA SOCIETÀ A PARTECIPAZIONE MISTA PUBBLICO-PRIVATA AVENTE AD OGGETTO SELEZIONE SOCIO PRIVATO OPERATIVO E AFFIDAMENTO SERVIZI ITI "LA COSTA D'ORO - SMART LAND" BANDO DI GARA A DOPPIO OGGETTO ai sensi dell'art. 17 del D.Lgs. n. 175/2016 e degli artt. 71, 108 e 174 del D.Lgs. n. 36/2023, per:a) Selezione socio privato operativo - Individuazione del socio privato operativo (Advisor socio-economico dell'ITI) della costituenda Società di Scopo a partecipazione mista pubblico-privata dell'ITI "La Costa d'Oro Smart Land", con partecipazione fissa pari al 49% del capitale sociale.b) Affidamento in via diretta dei servizi integrati - Contestuale affidamento alla Società di Scopo a finalità benefit, partecipata dal socio privato selezionato nella misura del 49% del capitale sociale, dei servizi di supporto al Soggetto Attuatore GALP/FLAG per la progettazione, gestione e coordinamento dei servizi necessari allo sviluppo e all’attuazione del programma di investimento di area vasta denominato ITI “La Costa d’Oro Smart Land”, ivi inclusi, in via esemplificativa e non esaustiva, la progettazione definitiva ed esecutiva, la direzione tecnica e il coordinamento dell’esecuzione dei progetti, la rendicontazione tecnica e finanziaria, la certificazione delle spese ammissibili, il coordinamento amministrativo e della comunicazione istituzionale, nonché il supporto alla gestione amministrativa degli Enti Locali partner.
