Procedura aperta, ex art. 71 del D.Lgs. n. 36/2023, in 2 lotti, per affidamento incarico per la redazione della progettazione esecutiva relativa a interventi di manutenzione straordinaria da realizzarsi presso due edifici di Edilizia Residenziale Pubblica (ERP) del Comune di Roma, ubicati in Via Giovanni Palombini 12-24 (Lotto 1) Procedura aperta è finalizzata all’affidamento di incarichi per la redazione della progettazione esecutiva relativa a interventi di manutenzione straordinaria su due distinti edifici di Edilizia Residenziale Pubblica (ERP), di proprietà del Comune di Roma. Il servizio è articolato in n. 2 (due) lotti.Il Lotto 1 è relativo all'Edificio ERP sito in Via Giovanni Palombini 12-24.Le attività da eseguire comprendono:1) rilievi dei manufatti;2) progettazione esecutiva, escluso il Piano di Sicurezza e Coordinamento;3) relazione di verifica del rischio di scariche atmosferiche.Si precisa che, trattandosi di manutenzione straordinaria, ai sensi dell’art. 41, comma 5 del Codice, l’affidamento riguarda esclusivamente la fase progettuale del progetto esecutivo.
