Gara europea a procedura aperta, ex art. 71 D.Lgs. 36/2023, con aggiudicazione all'offerta economicamente più vantaggiosa, per l’affidamento della fornitura di protesi di spalla per i fabbisogni delle UU.OO. di Ortopedia e Traumatologia dell’Azienza ULSS n. 8 Berica, suddivisa in 5 lotti, per un periodo di 36 mesi. Il valore complessivo dell’appalto è di Euro 820.680,60 di cui: Euro 600.498,00 per la base d’asta triennale; Euro 100.083,00 per l’opzione di prosecuzione contrattuale (semestrale); Euro 120.099,60 per l’eventuale estensione contrattuale. Fornitura di "Protesi di spalla inversa non cementata con sistema di pianificazione preoperatoria 3D". Il valore complessivo del lotto è pari a Euro 164.475,60, di cui: Euro 120.348,00 per la base d’asta triennale; Euro 20.058,00 per la prosecuzione contrattuale semestrale; Euro 24.069,60 per l'eventuale estensione contrattuale.; Fornitura di "Sistema completo di protesi di spalla per patologie degenerative traumatologiche e lesione di cuffia". Il valore complessivo del lotto è pari a Euro 261.375,00, di cui: Euro 191.250,00 per la base d’asta triennale; Euro 31.875,00 per la prosecuzione contrattuale semestrale; Euro 38.250,00 per l'eventuale estensione contrattuale.; Fornitura di "Protesi di spalla inversa". Il valore complessivo del lotto è pari a Euro 150.880,00, di cui: Euro 110.400,00 per la base d’asta triennale; Euro 18.400,00 per la prosecuzione contrattuale semestrale; Euro 22.080,00 per l'eventuale estensione contrattuale.; Fornitura di "Protesi di spalla non vincolata a stelo corto". Il valore complessivo del lotto è pari a Euro 141.450,00 di cui: Euro 103.500,00 per la base d’asta triennale; Euro 17.250,00 per la prosecuzione contrattuale semestrale; Euro 20.700,00 per l'eventuale estensione contrattuale.; Fornitura di "Sistema di protesi inversa di spalla stemless". Il valore complessivo del lotto è pari a Euro 102.500,00 di cui: Euro 75.000,00 per la base d’asta triennale; Euro 12.500,00 per la prosecuzione semestrale; Euro 15.000,00 per l'eventuale estensione contrattuale.
