La presente procedura aperta, ai sensi dell’art. 71 del D.Lgs. 36/2023, è finalizzata alla conclusione di un contratto, con un unico operatore economico, per l’affidamento della fornitura di filo di Plastica per la legatura delle balle di rifiuto prodotte all’interno degli impianti TMB di Giugliano (NA) e Tufino (NA), per una durata di 24 mesi. L’attività consiste in forniture di bobine di filo di plastica, delle caratteristiche del servizio meglio descritte all’interno del capitolato tecnico, non predeterminati nel numero ma che verranno eseguiti secondo la tempistica e la necessità della Stazione Appaltante.
