La Regione Piemonte, nell’ambito del Fascicolo Sanitario Elettronico (FSE), gestisce le immagini radiologiche tramite sistemi PACS locali e regionali, ma l’attuale architettura è frammentata e poco omogenea tra le diverse Aziende Sanitarie. Questa situazione genera inefficienze, difficoltà di aggiornamento e accesso non ottimale alle immagini, soprattutto in contesti clinici dove la tempestività è cruciale. Inoltre, le funzionalità di visualizzazione sono limitate e non pienamente integrate con i servizi digitali regionali e la telemedicina. Per rispondere alle nuove esigenze di interoperabilità, continuità assistenziale e telemedicina, è necessario evolvere verso una piattaforma federata, scalabile e centrata sull’utente, in grado di garantire accesso immediato, sicuro e integrato alle immagini radiologiche. Con la presente indagine il CSI-Piemonte intende quindi verificare la presenza sul mercato di soluzioni che rispondano ai requisiti tecnico-funzionali e organizzativi sopracitati.
