Description

Segretariato Generale della Presidenza della Repubblica ha indetto, ai sensi dell’art. 55 del regolamento di amministrazione e contabilità e dell’art. 71 del d.lgs. n. 36/2023, una procedura aperta per l’affidamento della fornitura di licenze software dei sistemi di sicurezza “TRELLIX”. L'Amministrazione si riserva la facoltà di aggiudicare in presenza di una sola offerta valida; l'Amministrazione si riserva altresì di non aggiudicare l'appalto nell'ipotesi di cui all'art. 108, comma 10 del d.lgs. 36/2023. Il Responsabile unico del progetto è l'Ing. Gabriele Barbagallo. La fornitura ha per oggetto il rinnovo delle licenze software dei sistemi di sicurezza "TRELLIX", così come meglio dettagliate e quantificate dalla tabella di fornitura di cui al punto 4 del capitolato speciale. Ai sensi dell’articolo 60 del Codice, il contratto prevede un meccanismo di revisione prezzi. Il subappalto è vietato in considerazione della natura della fornitura. L'Amministrazione si riserva di recedere dal contratto nel proprio interesse.
