Realizzazione della variante alla SRT 71 nel Comune di Cortona, con caratteristiche di strada extraurbana secondaria di tipo C1. Il tracciato, di lunghezza complessiva pari a circa 2,3 km, ha origine dalla SP 28 in loc. Casa di Pozzo Cavallo per ricongiungersi alla viabilità esistente nei pressi della Stazione di Camucia. È prevista, inoltre, la realizzazione di una rotatoria sulla SP 28, di attraversamenti idraulici mediante scatolari prefabbricati, di muri in opera, di viabilità complanare e di impianti di illuminazione.
