Procedura Aperta, suddivisa in 5 (cinque) lotti, per la conclusione di un Accordo Quadro per l'affidamento dei lavori di manutenzione straordinaria di tutte le sedi aziendali situate nel territorio di Roma Capitale per un periodo di 36 (trentasei) mesi, con un solo operatore per ciascun Lotto ai sensi dell'art. 59, comma 3 del D.Lgs. n. 36/2023 per i primi 4 Lotti e con più operatori economici e riapertura del confronto competitivo ai sensi dell'art. 59, comma 4, lett. c) del D.Lgs. n. 36/2023 per il 5° Lotto.
