Description

L’appalto è costituito da un unico lotto al fine di privilegiare l'effettivo e tempestivo conseguimento degli obiettivi dell'azione pubblica, garantendo la realizzazione di un sistema di illuminazione tecnicamente omogeneo, economicamente vantaggioso e qualitativamente elevato. La presente motivazione tiene conto del bilanciamento tra l'esigenza proconcorrenziale di favorire l'accesso delle piccole e medie imprese e la necessità di assicurare l'efficace perseguimento dell'interesse pubblico attraverso una fornitura tecnicamente integrata ed economicamente efficiente, in linea con i principi di ragionevolezza e proporzionalità che informano l'azione amministrativa. La procedura ha ad oggetto la fornitura degli apparecchi illuminanti previsti nel progetto illuminotecnico, dei quali sono descritte in dettaglio le prescrizioni tecniche richieste. Gli apparecchi oggetto di fornitura sono: - Apparecchi per binario elettrificato 220V (Riff. H20, P20, P21, P22, P23, P24, P25, P44, P45, PX); - Apparecchi per binario elettrificato 48V (Riff. H10, R10, R11, R12, R13, R14, R15, RX); - Apparecchi non da binario, per installazione autonoma a soffitto o a parete (Rif. L43); - Accessori (Riff. EL1, EL2, SN1, SN2). Per ciascuna categoria, sono previste diverse tipologie e varianti, ciascuna delle quali costituisce un diverso articolo in elenco prezzi, ed è individuato da una sigla di riferimento univoca, riportata anche negli elaborati grafici.
