Procedura aperta ai sensi dell’articolo 155 comma 1 e articolo 71 del D.Lgs. n. 36/2023, per l’affidamento dell’appalto di forniture di n. 2 imbarcazioni a valere sull’intervento PNRR M4C1 denominato “FA.MOSOS+LAB”, finanziato con decreto del Ministro dell’istruzione e del merito 23 luglio 2025, n. 147, nell’ambito del Piano Nazionale di Ripresa e Resilienza, Missione 4 - Istruzione e ricerca - Componente 1 - Potenziamento dell’offerta dei servizi all’istruzione: dagli asili nido all’Università - Investimento 1.5 “Sviluppo del sistema di formazione professionale terziaria (ITS)”, finanziato dall’Unione europea - NextGenerationEU, finalizzato al potenziamento di ulteriori laboratori degli Istituti Tecnologici Superiori - ITS Academy, da aggiudicarsi con il criterio dell’offerta economicamente più vantaggiosa sulla base del miglior rapporto qualità/prezzo.
