Nei casi previsti dai DM 02/03/2018 e DM 15/09/2022, il GSE gestisce, su richiesta del produttore, il ritiro del biometano immesso nelle reti con l’obbligo di connessione di terzi e ne provvede alla cessione sul mercato anche mediante l’individuazione di una o più società di vendita di gas naturale qualificate e selezionate attraverso procedure competitive. Si veda il documento “Sintesi del servizio” disponibile sul sito www.gse.it.
