Procedura aperta per l’affidamento della fornitura, suddivisa in lotti, di materiale per la rimozione trombi nello stroke ischemico per mesi 12 per la S.S.D. Neuroradiologia dell’Azienda Ospedaliera S. Croce e Carle di Cuneo Sistema di tromboaspirazione per la rimozione di tromboemboli intracranici composto da: catetere intermedio da riperfusione con diametro interno compreso tra 0,043” e 0,078” (almeno 4 diametri disponibili), pompa di aspirazione in comodato d’uso gratuito ed eventuali accessori monouso in sconto merce.; Catetere intermedio per accesso intracranico distale o tromboaspirazione intracranica: catetere intermedio armato con estremità distale a maggiore flessibilità, diametro esterno compreso fra 5F e 6F, diametro interno non inferiore a 0,55”, lunghezza compresa tra 115 e 132 cm (almeno 2 misure disponibili), comprensivo di accessori per aspirazione in sconto merce.; Stent retriever per piccoli vasi: stent retriever per trombectomia meccanica di vasi intracranici di piccolo calibro compatibile con micro catetere di lume interno non superiore a 0,017”.; Stent retriever: stent retriever per trombectomia meccanica di vasi intracranici di medio/grosso calibro compatibile con micro catetere di lume interno 0,021”.; Microcatetere per trombectomia intracranica: microcatetere per uso intracranico da utilizzare per trombectomia meccanica con stent retriever, lume interno 0,021”, lunghezza non inferiore a 160 cm.; Catetere guida per blocco di flusso: catetere guida bilume dotato di palloncino all’estremità distale per blocco temporaneo del flusso sanguigno, compatibile con introduttori 8F, lume interno non inferiore a 0,084”, lunghezza non inferiore a 85 cm.; Microcatetere da angioplastica intracranica: microcatetere coassiale bilume “over the wire” dotato di palloncino all’estremità distale, per angioplastica transluminale percutanea di vasi intracranici, con lume interno di diametro non inferiore a 0,0165”, compatibile con il rilascio di stent intracranici.; Stent per stenosi intracraniche: stent in nitinol autoespandibile a celle chiuse per il trattamento delle stenosi intracraniche, compatibile con microcatetere di lume interno 0,0165”.; Introduttore lungo/catetere da accesso neurovascolare: introduttore lungo armato con dilatatore fasciale per accesso vascolare percutaneo, utilizzabile anche come catetere guida, con struttura prossimale a rigidità variabile ed estremità distale ad alta flessibilità e bassa traumaticità, diametro esterno 8F, lume interno non inferiore a 0,088”, lunghezza compresa tra 80 e 105 cm, almeno 2 misure disponibili.
