Gara Ponte nella forma della procedura aperta in modalità telematica, ai sensi dell’art. 71 del D.lgs. n. 36/2023 e ss.mm.ii., per l’affidamento, in regime di somministrazione e per la durata di n. 24 (ventiquattro) mesi, della fornitura di varie tipologie di aghi, cannule e set monouso per le attività diagnostico-terapeutiche e assistenziali di tutte le UU.OO. dell’IRCCS Istituto Tumori “Giovanni Paolo II” di Bari, suddivisa in n. 12 (dodici) lotti merceologicamente distinti e aggiudicabili separatamente. Aggiudicazione con il criterio del minor prezzo ai sensi dell’art. 108, comma 3, del D.Lgs. 36/2023, previa valutazione positiva della campionatura.
