Description

fornitura di n. 6 autobus elettrici L’appalto prevede la fornitura di n.6 (sei) autobus nuovi di fabbrica, classe I, full elettrici, classe dimensionale “Urbano Normale” di lunghezza compresa tra 10 e 10,99 metri, a pianale ribassato, provvisti di attrezzatura idonea al trasporto di soggetti a ridotta capacità motoria o non deambulanti, e, comunque, rispondenti alle Direttive Europee e norme vigenti all’atto della consegna degli autobus e il servizio di assistenza e manutenzione del tipo “full-service”.Ciascun autobus oggetto della fornitura deve possedere le caratteristiche tecniche minime obbligatorie riportate all’interno dell’Appendice A; deve essere dotato delle caratteristiche tecniche obbligatorie ed opzionali di cui alla Determinazione del Dirigente della Regione Puglia - Sezione Mobilità Sostenibile e Vigilanza del TPL n.2 del 26 gennaio 2023, pubblicata sul Bollettino Ufficiale della Regione Puglia n.12 del 2/2/2023 ed essere realizzato conformemente alle norme vigenti. Tutti i prodotti oggetto della fornitura devono essere nuovi di fabbrica e esenti da difetti e vizi che ne pregiudichino il normale utilizzo.Riguardo al servizio di manutenzione Full Service, il Fornitore dovrà sottoscrivere con la Ditta esercente il TPL - S.G.M. - un contratto per l’erogazione del servizio di manutenzione full service di tutti gli autobus oggetto della fornitura, contenente le specifiche di cui al Capitolato Speciale descrittivo e prestazionale. Il servizio di manutenzione full service dovrà essere attivo per ciascun autobus a partire dalla data di consegna per la durata di otto anni ovvero fino al raggiungimento, per ciascun veicolo, di 385.000 km di percorrenza. Il primo limite raggiunto esclude l’altro.Nell’ambito della fornitura l’appaltatore dovrà, altresì, provvedere a formare il personale della ditta esercente il trasporto pubblico urbano della città di Lecce per il corretto utilizzo e la manutenzione degli autobus secondo le modalità previste all’art.6.5 del capitolato speciale descrittivo e prestazionale nonché a fornire garanzia e assistenza post-vendita con le prescrizioni di cui all’art.8 del capitolato speciale descrittivo e prestazionale.
